4 chicken breasts, cut into bit size pieces and rinsed with cold water
oil for cooking
4 Tbsp flour or rice flour
Sauce:
2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp garlic, minced
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup hoisin sauce
4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp ginger (to taste)
Chili flakes, crushed (to taste)
1/4 cup water with 1 tsp of cornstarch dissolved
1 cup broken cashew pieces
1/2 cup thinly slices green onions
toasted sesame seeds

Toss wet chicken in flour to coat. Heat oil in frying pan. Brown chicken on all sides. The day before or while cooking chicken mix sauce. Heat sesame oil and saute garlic in sauce pan until cook, careful not to burn. Add remaining ingredients to sauce and bring to light boil. Arrange chicken over rice sprinkling with lightly broken cashews and chopped green onions. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
