2 pints raspberry (or any berry variety)
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of nutmeg

Puree in a blender all the above ingredients. Pour into 4 individual bowls, and top each serving with 1 tablespoon light whipped topping.
