1 lb. ground beef cooked 1/4 c. onion 2 cans tomatoes with liquid 3 cans beans with liquid 2 cans corn with liquid 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 pkg. taco seasoning
Simmer 20 minutes and top with cheese, sour cream and/or tortilla chips. Additional notes; you can add the onion or choose to leave it out, I put my tomatoes in the blender before adding to soup, and you can add any combination of beans (kidney, butter, chili, etc.)
All of the Muljat kids like this quick, easy and healthy dinner...this is very rare!
