one onion
cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
This is how to make a moist Roast Beef with Vegetables. Preheat oven to 300º. Peel and cut vegetables. Put everything in a roasting pan. Cover and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Turn roast over after 30 minutes (to cook more evenly and eliminate the need for basting). Cut a piece to check for doneness. "Don't dry up the meat." Save all the drippings to mix with the cream of mushroom soup to make the gravy.

This is the favorite that Grandma Genevieve used to make for Grandpa. He still makes it to this very day.
