In shallow dish, combine the first 4 ingredients. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture and then in crushed corn flake crumbs; set aside balance of sour cream mixture. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish melt butter. Arrange chicken in single layer. Bake 40 minutes, turn and bake 10 more minutes. Add shrimp and olives to remaining sour cream mixture and pour over chicken. Bake for 10 more minutes.
