1 box manicotti shells 1 lb. of ricotta cheese 10 oz. or more mozzarella 1 egg parsley flakes for garnish 1 can spaghetti sauce
Boil shells for 4 to 6 minutes, cool shells after. Mix above ingredients and spoon into shells. Pour thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 8x12 pan. Place stuffed shells in pan and top with remaining sauce. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º.
