Meat Mixture:
1 lb. bulk Sausage
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
2 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
12 oz. Tomato Paste
16 oz. Tomato Sauce
28 oz. Crushed Tomato Sauce

Cheese Mixture:
16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Salt
4 T. Parsley
Pinch of Nutmeg

Other Ingredients:
12 cooked Lasagna Noodles (according to package directions)
Mozzerella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375.

Cook sausage, onion and garlic in skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer low, covered for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix together the cheese mixture.

Layer twice in sprayed pan: noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella and parmeasan cheeses.

Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes
