1 cup Crisco oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sweet milk
1 Tablespoon butter-nut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour and milk alternately. Add flavoring. Pour into greased and floured pans (2 layer pans or a 13 x 9 inch pan). Bake in a 350º oven until done. NOTE: Batter is usually thin.
ICING:
3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 Tablespoon butter-nut flavoring
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix together and spread on cake.
