1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup uncooked rice 2 tablespoons butter or oil 1 lb. hamburger 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cans tomato sauce 6 large cabbage leaves 3/4 cups water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 cups velveta
Cook onion, rice and butter in a 10 inch covered skillet, until tender. Stir frequently, add hamburger, salt, chili powder, mustard, pepper, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, mix well. Divide into 6 equal portions. Cover, cook for 1 hour.
