6 large russet potatoes
2/3 C. chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits
2 T. finely chopped green onion
1 C. shredded cheese
1/2 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes; prick them with a fork. bake in a 425º oven for 40-45 min. or until tender; cool. Cut each potato lengthwise in half and scoop out insides. Place potato skins in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a bowl combine potato insides sour cream and green onion. Spoon into each potato skin. Sprinkle wedges with bacon and cheese. Bake about 10 min. or until cheese melts and potatoes are heated through.

If you want you can put the bacon and cheese into the mixture and them spoon that into the potato skins.
