1 stick butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (milk with 1 tablespoon vinegar, let stand)
2 1/2 cup flour
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups finely grated zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cream sugar, butter and oil until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and add to batter alternatively with sour milk. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 45 minutes.
