Boneless chuck roast (try to get 2 inches thick)
oil to cover bottom of pan
water
salt and pepper to taste
flour

Directions:

Put the oil in the electric skillet and pre heat to 375º. In a large ziplock bag combine flour and salt and pepper, put the meat into the bag and shake to cover the meat. Sear the meat. If bottoms brown flip over. Do other side the same. Turn the skillet down to 300º once both sides of the meat are seared. Pour water into the skillet about 1/2 way up the meat. Salt and pepper again. In about 20 minutes water should be gone and add the same amount again and flip. Do this for about an hour to and hour and a half. When you can take a fork to it and it falls apart it is ready.
