"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Put the oil in the electric skillet and pre heat to 375. In a large ziplock bag combine flour and salt and pepper, put the meat into the bag and shake to cover the meat. Sear the meat. If bottoms brown flip over. Do other side the same. Turn the skillet down to 300 once both sides of the meat are seared. Pour water into the skillet about 1/2 way up the meat. Salt and pepper again. In about 20 minutes water should be gone and add the same amount again and flip. Do this for about an hour to and hour and a half. When you can take a fork to it and it falls apart it is ready.
