3 cups water
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 cups potato flakes
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (2.8 oz) can French fried onions, crushed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease casserole pan. In medium pan bring water to a boil/ Remove from heat. Add milk, salt, and garlic and stir together. Add potatoes and sour cream, mix well. Put potatoes in casserole pan and sprinkle with cheese and onions on the top. Broil until golden brown.
