1 can Rotel
1 large box Velveeta
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Set skillet over high heat. Season ground beef with salt and black pepper to your taste and add to skillet. While meat is browning, set a saucepan over high heat and add Rotel. Cube the Velveeta and add to pan. Once cheese has melted, add cooked beef and mix well.

Serve over chips as nachos or as a dip with chips on the side.
