6 medium potatoes
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions
1/8 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the potatoes until they are completely done, and then cube, leaving the skins on. Mix sour cream and cheese together. Layer in a 13 x 9 greased pan, half of the potatoes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, then half of the bacon, and top with sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 and then sprinkle with onions.
