1 head cauliflower, crumbled
1 bag frozen peas
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3-5 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
Miracle Whip
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Layer all ingredients in bowl, starting with the lettuce, then cauliflower, peas, onion, cheese, and eggs. Spread Miracle Whip all over the top layer, so it is about 1/2 inch thick (I don't know how much that is measurement wise?? ). Sprinkle the sugar over the Miracle Whip and decorate the top layer with a little extra cheese and the bacon. Refrigerate. Mix salad about 20 minutes before serving.
