8 potatoes, baked for 1 hour
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
milk
bacon bits
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
After potatoes have been cooked and cooled, carefully slice off the top of the potato (when laying flat). Save the tops that you cut off, incase you need to make repairs later. Carefully scoop out the inside of the potatoes and set the shells aside. Mix together the inside of the potato, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cheese. Add milk to reach desired consistency. Spoon the potato mixture back into the shells. Place filled shells onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
