32 oz frozen hash browns
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter melted
2 cups crumbled cornflakes, or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, except butter and crackers or cornflakes. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix butter and crackers / cornflakes together and spread over top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
