1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1 cup cooked rice
10 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter, salt, cheese, egg, milk and onion together. Blend with rice and add broccoli. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
