Graham cracker crumbs
2 lb cream cheese
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup Amaretto
1 tsp almond extract
1/2-1 tsp cocoa
1 tbs water
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs sugar
Sliced or slivered almonds

1. Sprinkle bottom of lightly buttered 9 inch spring form pan with graham cracker crumbs. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Add Amaretto, almond extract and cocoa mixed into a paste with water and blend well.

2. Pour into pan and bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes until edge is slightly puffed. Let cool 10 minutes, but do not turn oven off. Mix sour cream and sugar for the topping and spread over cheesecake. Garnish with almonds and return to oven for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
