1 tsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
3-4 c. chopped cabbage
1 onion
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white rice

Heat oil, add beef, sauate 6 minutes. Add cabbage & onion, cook 4 mins. Add tomatoes, broth, water, sugar, lemon juice & salt. Bring to boil, add rice, reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
