1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 T. White Wine Vinegar
1 T. Water
1 T. Sugar
1/3 cup Blue Cheese
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
16 oz. Cabbage Slaw Mix

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except cabbage. Toss cabbage with mixture. Serve immediately or within 8 hours.
