2 tubes of cookie dough (I use two 18 oz tubes)
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam or grease the bottom. Press one tube of cookie dough on the bottom of the pan

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla together with a mixer. Spread on top of uncooked cookie dough.
Crumble the other tube of cookie dough on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or so. (The actual recipe says to bake for 25-30 minutes, but mine was no where near done at that time. So I kept it in there longer and just kept checking it.)
