1 lb. ground sausage 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 pint whipping cream 2 eggs 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 9 inch pie shell
Half bake pie crust. Crumble and cook sausage and onion until done. Drain and pour into pie shell. Combine eggs and cream, mix together, then pour over sausage. Top with cheese and bake at 350º for 25-30 min. Set to cool. Cut and serve.
