4 oz. Chopped Green Chilies
1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Crushed Club Crackers
41/2 tsp. Chili Powder
3 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt & Pepper
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Bulk Pork Sausage
8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
8 Hamburger Buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.

Crumble beef and pork and mix throughly.

Grill on Med-High heat for 5 to 7 minutes and top with cheese the last minute

*Top with salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, etc.
