1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup salad oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs. parsley flakes
1 tbs. dry minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Ib. cooked spiral pasta
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced or sliced
1 container grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup carrots, grated coarsely

Mix liquid ingredients with seasonings. Cook pasta. Clean and dice vegetables. Toss all ingredients together and let cool in refrigerator. Can be served right away of let marinate overnight.
