3 tsp. vegetable oil
2 Ib. ground beef
2 medium onions
8 oz. can of mushrooms
16 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
14 oz. spaghetti
2 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil. Add ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain. Combine mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, and garlic powder. Add to meat and cook low, uncover for 15 minutes.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Layer half of spaghetti in 13x9 buttered pan. Cover with cream cheese. Put rest of spaghetti on top. Pour meat sauce over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
