1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans of original diced Rotel tomato and green chiles
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean hot sausage, cooked and drained free of grease (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube velveeta into a crock pot, add Rotel and optional cooked sausage. Cook on medium to low for a few hours, stirring frequently.
