1/3 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine eggs, sugar and milk until mixed well. Add flour and salt. Heat skillet with oil, pour batter into hot skillet and cook, turning once. Great with cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar or just syrup and butter!

Best if served hot off the griddle but can be layered onto a cookie sheet and kept warm in a 200 degree oven while others are being made.
