1 8oz. block of cream cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix (Good Seasons©)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients to combine. Put into a 9" pie plate or other oven safe dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Red Oval Farms© Stoned Wheat Thins or your own favorite crackers or chips.
