1 pkg orzo
2 carrots
3-5 green onions
1 red pepper
1 head broccoli
16 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo according to package directions. Rinse in cool water and set aside.

Finely chop the carrots, green onions, peppers and broccoli.

Combine all ingredients and chill. Takes about 1/2 or 3/4 of a bottle of dressing, season to taste.

I was traveling to California for work and snuck in a long weekend in San Rafael with the Stewarts. We had this pasta salad at a BBQ with Jeff's family, and I loved it and have made it many, many times since.
