1 lb ground beef
16 oz jar chunky salsa
2 cups (6 oz) uncooked wagon wheel pasta
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet until brown; drain.

Stir in 1 cup water, salsa, pasta, corn, black beans and salt. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.

Stir in sour cream, cook until just hot.
