1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
Sour cream
Ground nutmeg

Cook spaghetti as usual.

Heat a package of frozen chopped spinach and mix in sour cream to taste (and color), flavoring with a bit of ground nutmeg. Mix this with the spaghetti and serve with tomato wedges or salad.
