Ingredients:  
1 1/2 C warm water
2 TB yeast
1/2 C shortening
1/2 C sugar
5 1/2 C flour
2 tsp salt
2 eggs

filling:
butter
cinnamon
brown sugar
optional:nuts and any other spices or ingredients you care to add

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ingredients and let rise for one hour

Set oven for 350
Roll out dough
spread butter with a spatula and add sugar and cinnamon
roll dough
cut into rolls and place in pan close to each other, just barely touching
let them rise another hour

Bake 20-25 min.
