Brinded Turkey (see Turkey Brine in Marinades and Rubs section)
thyme
rosemary
sage
parsely
butter
garlic
salt/pepper
onion
carrot
celery
lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Remove turkey from brine and rinse well and pat dry.

Place on poultry rack and fill cavities with chopped lemons, onions, garlic, celery, carrots and herbs

melt one stick of butter and pour over top of turkey

Salt and Pepper generously

Cook until deepest part of thigh registers 165
