5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 stick butter
1 head roasted garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Place in pan in 350 oven for 1 hour

Cut potatoes in equal size pieces, cover with cold water and bring to boil and boil until fork slides easily into potatoes

Drain and put back in pot, add cleaned garlic, butter, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mash until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
