2 to 3 cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 to 1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 to 1 lb. grated swiss cheese
Mayonnaise to spreading consistency
1 package cocktail rye or cocktail sourdough bread

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spread on cocktail bread. At this point, you can lay out on a cookie sheet and freeze and then put them in ziplock bags in the freezer.

Bake from a frozen state at 375º until cheese melts and they are bubbly, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Watch them so they don't burn.
