Goat Cheese
Pine Nuts
Bosc Pears
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean pears and slice into thin slices and soak in balasmic vinegar

Clean endive and separate into single leave

Fill each endive leaf with goat cheese, sprinkle on pine nuts and top with a slice of balsamic soaked pear.

Top with additional balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper
