2 rolls pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
9 eggs
12 slices of white bread (cubed)
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage, drain and set aside to cool. Beat eggs, mix in all ingredients, add sausage last. Pour in a 9x13 baking dish, bake at 350º for one hour. Let sit at least 3-4 hours before serving. Can prepare night before and reheat in oven next day.

This recipe was given to me by one of my clients (Carrie Christopher). She had offered it to me one cold, wintery day as I was leaving her house. I enjoyed it very much. I may be the only person who has eaten this while driving, but you know how we like to be "different"!
