1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips or homemade pita wedges (cut pita, brush with olive oil and sea salt and bake).

This is a quick and easy way to make artichoke dip. Other recipes call for things like fresh lemon juice (one lemon or 1 T.), worcestershire sauce (1-2 tsp.), sour cream and chives, so you can always improvise and throw a few of these things in if you have them.
