1/4 C rice wine vinegar
1/4 C maple syrup
1/4 C fresh or high quality refrigerated orange juice
1-2 T finely minced fresh ginger
1 lb salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a grill. Coast the grate with nonstick spray. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine vinegar, maple syrup, orange juice and ginger. Bring to a boil and reduce until about 1/4 cup remains. Divide in half, reserving half.
Place salmon on the grill, skin side up. Grill for about 4 minutes and flip. Brush generously with glaze. Cook for another 4 minutes, or until cooked through, basting frequently.
When fish is done, remove to a heated plate and drizzle with reserved marinade.
