2 lbs hamburger
3 cans chili beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sugar
5 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Brown hamburger with onion in a large pot. Add everything else and simmer for at least 1 hour.
