1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed (the more brown the better)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened. Pour batter into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on wire rack.
