2-3 C.rhubarb
1/4C.-1/2C. sugar
water
strawberries (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut rhubarb in 1" pieces. Put in saucepan twice as big as rhubarb. Add a very small amount of water. 2Tbs or so, just so the rhubarb doesn't burn. When you cook the rhubarb it gets juicy. Add about 1/4 C. sugar. You can always add more if you need to at the end of cooking. It cooks very fast 5-10 min. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. The rhubarb breaks down, so cook until chunks are cooked. For a sweeter taste you can add fresh or frozen strawberries.

Personal Notes:
You can eat as sauce for breakfast or put on ice cream for dessert. Simple and easy.
