1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
2 tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 round onion
2 stalks green onions
1 piece ginger, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasoning mix in bowl:
3 T. soya sauce
1/4 tsp. brown sugar
1 T. corn starch
Dash pepper
Mix sliced meat in seasoning and soak 15 minutes
Cut all vegetables into 1" squares. Heat oil in pan and brown ginger and garlic lightly. Add beef, stirring rapidly and cook to medium. Remove from pan and add more oil. Fry onio, green pepper and celery for 1 minute. Add beef and tomato and stir for another minute. Add gravy to boil, then add green onions.
Gravy you bring to boil is:
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. accent
1 tsp. cornstarch
Cook until all is tender.

Mix all together and cook until tender.
