8 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
8 ounce sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 pound curly egg noodles, cooked
1 box (10 to 12 ounces) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 pound ricotta cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix well cream cheese, butter, sour cream and eggs. In large bowl mix noodles, cream cheese mixture, spinach, ricotta, parmesan. salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Pour into 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until top is brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Mixture should be set but not dry.
