1 medium head of cabbage
3 potatoes
1/2 onion
1 cup of baby carrots
2 Goya ham flavored seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into small pieces
Cut potatoes into small pieces
Cut onion into small pieces
Put enough water on the bottom of your pot for the goya to dissolve in. Then add carrots and onions. After about 3 minutes add cabbage and potatoes. Cook the cabbage to the consistency your family prefers. I like it well done. You can add other vegetables as well.

Denese and I made this a couple of weeks ago and we also added broccoli and cauliflower and it was delicious. We love our vegetables. Must be from all of the years of picking them out of the garden!!!
