1 cup vinegar
1 tin Pineapple pieces
1 fried onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
2/3 sticks celery
25g mushrooms, chopped
2/3 dsp soy sauce
1 grated carrot
2 pork fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and celery and cook with all other ingredients (except green pepper, pork and cornflour) in a saucepan for approx 45 minutes. Dice Pork and fry on both sides, then add cooked ingredients. Just, before thickening with cornflour, add diced green peppers. Serve with fried rice and prawn crackers.
