1 lb ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp salt or to taste
4 tsp chili powder or to taste
4 cups water
2 cups white corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Brown one pound ground beef and ground pork with celery, onions, bell peppers and salt. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Turn the fire off. In a large bowel mix the chili powder, corn meal and water well, then add the meat mixture and stir well. Pour into large buttered baking pan and bake in 350 for 45 minutes.
