2 lbs stew meat
4 pared carrots
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tsp salt
3 stalks celery, diced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 potatoes cubed
1/2 cup catsup
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes. Place in a 13 x 9 pan lined with foil. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Blend salt, pepper, and garlic salt or powder and sprinkle over vegetables. Pour catsup over vegetables. Cover pan with foil and crimp edges to seal tightly. Bake at 250º for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Add potatoes. Cover and reseal tightly and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
